Reservation and Cancellation Policy
The hotel accepts room reservations through www.irabbithotel.com with payment by credit card.
For reservations with payment via bank transfer, please contact us through LINE ID: @irabbithotel.
Please provide your full name when making a reservation.
Please specify the number of guests and the number of rooms for each room type.
Your reservation will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellations or changes to the reservation made less than seven (7) days before the check-in date are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
Reservations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable, non-creditable, and cannot be changed.
If the hotel receives a cancellation notice more than 7 days before check-in and the cancellation is approved by the hotel, a refund will be processed within 7–14 days, subject to a cancellation fee and bank charges. Please contact LINE ID: @irabbithotel.
Payment
For walk-in guests, please make payment upon check-in.
A security deposit of THB 500 per room is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out after the room is inspected and found to be free of damage.
Check-in & Check-out
Please present a valid ID card, driver’s license, or passport upon arrival.
Check-in time: 14:00 – 23:00.
For same-day reservations, your room may be ready after 16:00. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Check-out time: 12:00 noon. Please return the room key to the front desk upon departure.
Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to room availability.
Early check-in or late check-out after 12:00 will incur a charge of THB 100 per hour per room. A delay of more than 15 minutes will be charged as one hour.
Late check-out after 16:00 will be charged at the full room rate for one night.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or accommodation to guests whose behavior is deemed harassing, abusive, or unacceptable.
No refunds or credits will be issued after check-in or for early departures.
Please register the names of all staying guests and your vehicle license plate number upon check-in.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 – 10:00.
Please present your breakfast coupon to receive the service.
The menu may change without prior notice depending on seasonality and product availability.
Room Policy
Standard King Bed & Twin Bed Room: Maximum 2 adults per room.
Superior King Garden View: Maximum 2 adults per room.
Superior Triple Room: Maximum 3 adults per room.
Extra Person & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years old or under 120 cm in height stay free of charge (no extra bed provided).
Extra person: THB 300 per person per night, including breakfast (no extra bed).
Extra bed: THB 400 per person per night, including breakfast.
Maximum 1 extra bed per Standard Room.
Extra bed charges will be collected at check-in or before use.
Visitors are allowed in the guest room until 21:00. Staying visitors will be charged THB 300 per person per night.
Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a fine of THB 600 per person per night.
Children using an extra bed will be charged the same rate as an extra bed.
100% No Smoking / No Vaping / No E-cigarettes Policy
Smoking is prohibited by law in all areas of the hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies.
A minimum fine of THB 2,000 will be applied for violations.
Designated smoking areas are located in the lobby garden and near the parking lot restroom.
Visitor Policy
For guest safety, all visitors must register at the front desk.
Visitors must leave the room by 21:00.
If visitors stay after 21:00, an additional charge of THB 300 per person per night will apply.
Pet Policy: ONLY CAT
Starting March 2024, our hotel will only allow cats as pets to stay with guests. While we truly love all animals, this change is necessary to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of every guest.
Pets are welcome under certain conditions. While our property is not fully pet-friendly, we do allow pets with specific limitations. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you contact us directly for more details regarding our pet policy.
Guests traveling with cats must book in advance and inform us as pet-friendly rooms are limited.
Cats are allowed only in designated rooms and areas.
If no advance notice is given, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in without refund.
Unauthorized pets will incur a fine equal to twice the normal pet fee.
Pet fee: THB 300 per pet per night / per room change.
Pets are not allowed on the bed or to be left unattended in the room.
Pets must be leashed and free from fleas and ticks, and vaccinated against rabies.
Additional cleaning fees will apply for pet urine on curtains, mattresses, towels, or cushions.
If a pet or owner causes disturbance to other guests, the guest may be asked to leave without refund.
General Policies
Please keep noise levels low, especially after 21:00. Violators may be asked to leave without refund.
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ property during their stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Charges will be based on the replacement cost stated in the in-room amenities list or as determined by the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests the full replacement cost for any missing items.
Lost and found items will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to items in its possession.
