Hotel Policy

  1. Please present your ID card, Driving license or Passport upon check-in.
  2. Please register the name of all guests and license plate upon check-in.
  3. The hotel does not permit unregistered guest t+o access to the room. If found, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the room with no refund.
  4. The hotel check-in time between 14.00 – 18.00 o’clock. Full payment required if check in after 18.00 o’clock.
  5. Reservation will be cancelled with no deposit refund, if no show with in 18.00 o’clock.
  6. Check-out before 12.00 (noon).
  7. Early check-in and late check-out request should be informed the reception in advance.
  8. In case of late check-out, additional charges will be applied as 100 Baht/Hour/Room.  An over 15 minutes will be charged for 1 Hour. Late check-out after 17.00 will be charged for 1 day rate.
  9. Please make all payment in Thai baht upon check-in.
  10. Please provide damage deposit 500 baht/room upon check-in. Guest will received the damage deposit back when check-out.
  11. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest entry and accommodation if the hotel reasonably considers that the guest is behaving in a threatening, abusing or otherwise unacceptable manner.
  12. The hotel will charge 1 day rate per room for shorten stay after guest check-in.
  13. Smoking in the hotel is prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to minimum find 2,000 baht/room.
  14. Breakfast is served daily from 07.00 until 10.00. Menus are subject to change according to seasonality and product availability without prior notice. Please, present breakfast coupon for receive service.
  15. Room Policies;

    • 12.3 Guests must inform the hotel for any additional guests. The hotel will charge 300 baht included 1 breakfast per person per night for additional guests (No extra bedding)
    • 12.4 Visitors are allowed to stay in guest room until 21.00. Extra person charge will be 300Bath/Person/Night.
    • 12.5 In case guests did not inform the hotel for any additional guests, the hotel reserves the right to charge as twice of addition guests charge if found.
    • 12.6 All children under 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
    • 12.7 All children 4 years old-12 years old using existing bedding maximum 1 person per room will be charged 300 Baht included breakfast.
    • 12.8 A children using extra sofa or extra bed will be charged same rate as extra bed.
  16. Extra Bed Policies;
    • 13.1 Maximum extra bed is 1 bed per room for Superior Room
    • 13.2 The hotel will charge for extra bed before check-in or before using
  17. Pet Policies;
    • 14.1 The hotel accepts the guest travelling with pet. Please advise the reception in advance to prepare for arrival accordingly.
    • 14.2 The hotel will charge 500 baht/pet/night
    • 14.3 The hotel does not allow the pets stay on the bed or leave alone in room. The pets must be kept on a leash and must not be left unattended. The pets must be away from ticks and fleas. Also, the pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccination
    • 14.4 If the hotel does not receive any advance notice for pets, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest travelling with pet. Also, the deposit shall not be refunded
    • 14.5 The hotel reserves the right to charge as twice of pet charge if we find pet in our area without notice.
    • 14.6 We are pet’s lover. Please, do not leave them alone in room. Any pet and owner found to create excessive noise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
  18. Please do not disturb other hotel guests by excessive noises in hotel area especially after 21.00. If found, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to leave with no refund.
  19. The hotel shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guest or anyone connected to the guest stay at the hotel.
  20. Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel room, furnishings, fittings and equipment by any act or omission of the guest and guest’s visitor. All damages will be charged as list in the room amenities and equipment items. Others will be held on hotel consideration.
  21. In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 21.00
  22. The hotel reserves the right to request the guest to leave with no refund and charge for the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the room. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.
  23. Property that s left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 180 days. All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value. However, the hotel shall not liable for any damage or loss of the property during the property is with the hotel.
  24. Reservation
    • 21.1 Make reservation on our website or email Sale@irabbithotel.com or call 098-824-2424
    • 21.2 Hotel send Confirmation letter to guest for check reservation detail.
    • 21.3 Guest sends proof of bank transfer to us with in three days after get confirmation letter.
    • 21.4 Hotel provide a room deposit receipt for guest to present when check in.
    • 21.5 If you cancel or modify booking 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charge. Guest will get deposit refund after bank fee within 14 days after cancelation is approved.
