The hotel has a check-in time from 2:00 PM onwards and a check-out time before 12:00 PM (noon). The hotel has a front desk staff available 24 hours a day to provide assistance and security.

Guests can request early check-in or late check-out by contacting the reception desk in advance, subject to room availability. An additional charge of 100 THB per hour per room will apply (anything exceeding 15 minutes will be charged as one hour). Check-out after 4:00 PM will be charged the full rate for one day.

Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a security deposit of 500 THB per room (cash only). This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after the room has been inspected.

Our rooms include breakfast, and the hotel uses high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious and healthy meals for our guests. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Children under 6 years old can stay together with their parents. If you cancel more than 7 days before your arrival date and your request is approved, the hotel will process a refund within 7-14 days (cancellation fees and bank fees may apply).Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days in advance, or last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before arrival), are non-refundable under any circumstances.
